Joker: everything you need to know about the film

 Hi everyone, today I am here to talk about Joker, the new film of the DCEU, (DC Extended Universe), all the information about the film, some interesting data, trailers, photos, and all we know about it. Well, lets begin. 

 

First of all, who is Joker?

  For those who do not know about him, The Joker is a supervillain from the DC comics, he is the criminal mastermind, a psychopath with a sadistic sense of humor, he is the nemesis of Batman, and probably the best villain in the world of comics. The Joker has not a real established origin story, he has had many different stories during the decades. He is so smart, he do not have superpowers, yes, but he is probably the one who give more problems to the superheros of DC comics. 

Some interesting data about the film. 

The film has received a R-rated classification, so that we can expect a film with a lot of violence, blood, bad language and maybe sex scenes. The film is the first one who was The Joker as the main character (The Joker has had many appearances in live-actions films, but only in Batman film or group films like Suicide Squad). This is the five time this character is interpreted by a different actor, but if there is one that highlighted more was the Head Ledger Joker from The Dark Knight, who died just after finish the film and received an Oscar. The new actor, Joaquin Phoenix, said that he has not inspired in nobody for his interpretation. 

Sinopsis

The passion of Arthur Fleck, a man ignored by society, is to make people laugh. However, a series of tragic events will do his worldview distort considerably making him a brilliant criminal.

 First critics about the film. 

The first critics about the film have been so good, with a 86% of positive reviews in Rotten Tomatoes, specially emphasizing the role of Joaquin Phoenix as The Joker, as a incredible actuation. Personally I liked one opinion I have read about the new Joker, who says that at the beginning the character does not have the same energy of Heath Ledger, but when Joker start to act and cause troubles, he is the true prince of crime, that is what I feel only looking at the trailers.

My personally thoughts

I feel like it is gonna be a good film, with good interpretations and deep characters, with a Joker adapted to our modern times, but I have to say that it seems like it is gonna be a very dramatic film, and I would like to see also not only the origin of the Joker we all know, but also him causing real struggles, I want to see the Joker in action, killing people, doing barbarities, being a real psychopath, the prince of crime, and I do not see much of that on the trailers, but we will see, because as I said it has been classified R.

The film will arrive to USA cinemas on the 4 of October, this year.
